Even with the most stringent quality measures, complex machines like cars can sometimes malfunction. Just call our 24 Hour Maruti On-road Service (MOS) centre during an emergency and help will be on its way to you.
The MOS ensures:
• Round-the-clock services in most of the cities.
• A computerized call-monitoring system dispatches a mobile MOS van to you at the earliest.
• All MOS vans are manned by qualified Maruti Authorised Dealers / MASS technicians who are trained by Maruti in problem diagnosis.
• You are charged only Rs.100 on labour and spares.
• The charges do not apply provided vehicle is under warranty and the defect is covered under warranty. For detailed warranty policy, kindly refer to owner's manual provided with the vehicle.

Extended Warranty
Now you can buy Extended Warranty for your Maruti, if your Maruti is still covered under the primary warranty. The warranty will be valid at all authorized dealer workshops across India and comes at a very attractive price. You can now get up to 4 years or up to 80,000 km of warranty coverage! Choose between two options:
OPTION I: Extended Warranty for additional 1 year or up to 20,000 Kms. In short, your Maruti will be covered under warranty for 3 years or 60,000 Kms whichever comes earlier. whichever comes earlier, from the date of expiry of primary warranty. For Maruti 800, this is for Rs 1495 for a new vehicle.
OPTION II: Extended Warranty for additional 2 years or 40,000 Kms, whichever comes earlier, from the date of expiry of primary warranty. In short your Maruti may be covered under warranty for 4 years or 80,000 Kms whichever comes earlier. For the Maruti 800, this is for Rs 2995 (new vehicle).
When can I buy it?
You can buy extended warranty at any time, so long as your car is still under the primary warranty. However, prices are lower if you buy it along with the vehicle. There are 3 prices slabs for purchase of extended warranty:
a) Up to 60 days from the date of sale of the new vehicle
b) From 61st day to 365 days of sale of new vehicle (about 15% more)
c) From 366th day to 730 days of sale of new vehicle (about 30% more)
Please note that the extended warranty can be sold only till the vehicle is still covered under primary warranty of 2 years or 40, 000 Kms whichever is earlier.
How do I buy it?
Make a payment in the name of Sree Saradhambal Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., at any of our showrooms or workshops. The dealer will give you an extended warranty booklet with a computer generated contract form pasted in it. This contract form is essential for the warranty to be valid. It is mandatory that the dealer endorse in the warranty booklet: the effective date and km. (activation record for extended warranty), when the standard warranty expires after 2 years or 40,000 Kms whichever is earlier.

• Remove any leaves, dirt etc.
